Bill holds a Masters Degree in Secondary Administration and is working on an Masters Degree in Chemistry with emphasis in Education, Evaluation and Assessment. He plans to retire from his position as Science Department Chair at Poland Seminary High School in Poland, Ohio to join CEATIS Consulting full time as a Grant Match Maker and Evaluation and Assessment Manager.
