Helped Small Business Clients to plan, implement, and/or expand formal Research & Development Divisions including integrating thier operation and funding into short, medium, and long term business plans.
Helped Small Business Clients to obtain Government Grants to cover up to 75% of their out of pocket expenses for workforce development/training projects with topics as varied as: Cost Accounting Proceedures, Human Resource Development, High Technology Equipment Operation, and Math, Computer Programing, IT Skills.
Helped Small Business Clients to form new productive partnerships with complementary Local, National, and International Manufacturing and Software Companies, Research & Development Organizations, and Educational and Training Providers.
Helped non-profit organizations to obtain Government Grants to cover 75% of the training costs associated with developing a competitive federal grant application. This training experience provides each participant a federally-approved training guide as part of the program, and culminates in the submission of a federal grant application.
